PHV Scotland is a small site run by one driver. It keeps as little about you as it can, and this page says what that is.
Tax deadline reminders
If you sign up for reminders, we keep your email address, your first name if you give it, the page you signed up on, the date and time, and the wording of the box you ticked. That's all.
- Why: to send you a short email before each tax deadline (31 January, 31 July and 5 October), and to tell you about licence fee changes. That's four to six emails a year.
- Where it's kept: on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Each new sign-up also sends a short note to our own inbox so we know it worked.
- How long: until you unsubscribe. Then your details are deleted.
- Who sees it: only us. Your details are never sold or shared with anyone, and they aren't used for anything other than the reminders.
To unsubscribe, reply to any reminder and say so, or email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We'll take you off the list and delete your details.
Signing up is up to you. Nothing on the site, including the free income tracker, needs it.
The income tracker
Everything you type into the tracker stays in your browser on your own device. We never see your figures, and there's no account.
Emailing us
If you email [email protected], we use your address to reply and for nothing else.
The tax pack
If you buy the driver tax pack, the payment and download are handled by Payhip, under its own privacy policy. Buying the pack doesn't put you on the reminder list.
